At the moment our most popular residency by investment scheme is the Portuguse one.

In summary, the Portuguese residence program works in two ways: 

1) the purchase of real estate property (residential, commercial, land etc) with a value equal to or above 500,000 Euro.

or

2) the purchasing of real estate property over 30 years old, with a total value equal to or above 350,000 Euro, including the cost of refurbishment / building upgrades or located in a designated urban regeneration area.  

The advantages of the Portuguese investment program are: 

- 1 person's application, can benefit 3 generations of the family;

- allowed to apply for permanent residence on the fifth year,

- allowed to apply Portuguese nationality on the six year;

- there are no requirements for certificate of financial sources, no business background requirements, no educational background requirements, no language requirements for residence but required for citizenship and no age limitations;

- minimal stay periods (7 days per year);

- permitted to work, permitted to conduct business;

- real estate can be rented out to earn the rental income;

- visa free access to EU Schengen countries;

- non global tax country, there is no need to worry about the loss of assets;
